As stipulated in Article 107.1 of RDL 1/2007, Monica de la Rosa is obliged to reimburse any payment received from the consumer and user, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the consumer and user’s decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 106. The reimbursement referred to in the first subparagraph shall be made by the trader using the same method of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. To do so, you will only have to request such refund in the my account section of our website and you will receive the amount as soon as the administrator of the shop accepts it.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

delarosaspain.com only sells items in perfect condition, but if exceptionally you receive a garment with a defect please contact our customer service department within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order at the following email address atelier@delarosaspain.com
